RETURN POLICY

We welcome returns. We take pride in our high level of customer satisfaction and our service reputation. If for any reason you are not satisfied with any part of your purchase, return the items in new condition with tags attached. We will be happy to exchange or issue a refund.

Returns will be accepted within 7 days of purchase for all items. Items marked with a SALE sign CAN’T be returned and exchanged!

Garments must not be worn or washed and must have tags attached. Garments that have been laundered or altered may not be returned or exchanged for any reason.

Shipping is not refundable.  Is not responsible for lost return packages.

Refunds will be made to the original form of payment for all returns, including items received as gifts. Refunds can also be issued as a form of store credit if desired.

Once we receive your item(s), we will issue a refund to your requested payment method within 48 to 72 hours.

 

EXCHANGES

You can email us!
Write a note explaining the items that you want to exchange and the new items that you want including size, color and photo of the items with tag and no signs of use.

If there is a price difference in your favor, we will refund you.

Items marked with a SALE sign CAN’T be returned and exchanged!

Otherwise, we will make arrangements with you so we can collect the difference.

Once we receive your package please allow 2-3 business days for your return to be processed. The refund process takes 3-7 business days to complete, and the refund will be credited to your credit card once the process is completed. Refunds can also be issued as a form of store credit if desired. We’ll email you regarding the confirmation and completion of the return or exchange.
